Yes, there will be transportation provided to and from a central location in Bozeman for your convenience and if you wish to take. You can also drive. More information about transportation arrangements will be shared closer to the wedding date, so please stay tuned for updates on our website. If you have any questions in the meantime please feel free to reach out.

The ceremony and reception will both be taking place at Copper Rose Ranch in Paradise Valley. Copper Rose Ranch is about a 35 minute drive from downtown Bozeman.

The event is Formal Attire. While this is still an elevated event, men are not required to wear a tuxedo if they do not please. A dark suit & tie is acceptable. Women are encouraged to wear a full length dress or midi dress. Please keep in mind your heel selection as you will be on grass during the ceremony and cocktail hour!

In early September, the average temperature in Paradise Valley can range from a high of 75°F to a low of 45°F. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, followed by dinner and dancing indoors. As the evenings can be cooler, a shawl or wrap is suggested.

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only event to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. Due to capacity limitations, we can only accommodate the name(s) listed on your wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

We strongly encourage you to fly into Bozeman Yellowstone National Airport (BZN), located about 15 minutes from downtown Bozeman. We would recommend you either book a rental house in the downtown Bozeman area or utilize the hotels on our "Travel" page. If you'd like to stay out towards the wedding venue, in Paradise Valley, please reference our "Travel" page for hotels/resorts out here. We recommend to not stay in Big Sky, MT as it is 45 minutes through the Canyon to Bozeman and nearly 2 hours from Copper Rose Ranch.
